Unfortunately, the ballroom's dark walls, dark hotel flooring and the lack of any extra overhead lights typically set up for video made it hard to focus and get some shots. All black costumes do not make it any easier either! I can often fix the exposure on images which are too dark, but not always. I will check all orders to be sure the images come out well before sending them out. If I cannot fix an image, I will contact the person ordering it to either replace or possibly omit it from the order.
